As an experience designer, you put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage productively and comfortably. Let's transform the way a user experiences their digital work environment In this role, you’ll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an agile team, you’ll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. You’ll advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work. Requirements
- Experience observing and evaluating user interactions to make recommendations
- Experience creating actionable requirements from user feedback or observations
- Experience interacting with development teams regarding user experience development
- Ability to design prototypes, proofs-of-concept, or mock-ups
- Knowledge of 508 compliance
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience enhancing user interactions and experience, or 9+ years of experience enhancing user interaction and experience in lieu of a degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a web application developer
- Experience implementing 508 compliances
- Experience with Java and Python
- Experience designing prototypes, proofs-of-concepts, or mockups
- Experience with cloud services for design and deployment
- Experience with test criteria and testing implemented UI/UX changes against test criteria
