This open role is for the Automation/Agentic/Extensions team, where we aim to deliver automated actions and agentic solutions through written and spoken conversational AI. Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in cognitive science, HCI, linguistics or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Conversation Design or equivalent experience developing chatbots or other conversational agents, both written and spoken
• Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and launching multimodal solutions, preferably for consumer electronic products
• Direct experience in development and continuous refinement of response quality of LLM-based products
• 5+ years of experience leading UX teams, preferably content and/or conversation design

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Figma
• Previous experience in managing small, mid-sized UX teams
• Experience in interaction design
• Experience in developing AI-driven prototypes

Responsibilities

• Partner with other UX leads to design leading edge LLM-driven multimodal solutions
• Architect the E2E conversation design strategy for agentic AI projects.
• Define and specify the ideal conversational interactions and model responses that bring new features to life.
• Initiate qualitative assessments of model performance of specified capabilities
• Develop a strategy for continuous quality hillclimbing
• Pioneer groundbreaking methods for teaching the model new and complex capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape the long-term strategic roadmap for our agentic AI
• Mentor a talented team of conversation and content designers.
