Job Overview The Lead, UX Design supports Macy's User Experience initiatives by defining the roadmap to achieve the company's strategic vision through the conceptualization and design of engaging frameworks and experiences. The Lead, UX Design addresses business goals and user needs, influences cross-functional teams, and applies research and data to guide decision-making. The Lead, UX Design also mentors and coaches teams while evolving practices to deliver high-quality, inclusive user experiences.
