  • Proofread and self-edit to deliver accurate, high-quality content, and openly share work and thought processes with team members for alignment and feedback.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of UX copywriting experience, online retail preferred.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling interface copy (e.g., dialogs, tooltips, error messages).
  • Strong strategic thinking to develop and implement content approaches that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and how content fits into the larger design system.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with user testing, usability research, and analytics.
