About The Position

We’re seeking a user-focused, execution-oriented User Engagement Specialist to manage and grow Webull’s presence across our in-app community platform and social media landscape. In this role, you will act as a direct bridge between Webull and its users, engaging with clients in real time, highlighting product updates and features, and supporting key campaigns and initiatives through thoughtful, compliant communication. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Compliance teams to ensure new and existing users are informed, supported, and engaged throughout their investing journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, or digital marketing, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain products and features clearly and concisely.
  • Comfort engaging directly with retail users in public-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Compliance teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in investing, financial products, and user education is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of Webull’s in-app community platform, ensuring an active, informative, and welcoming environment.
  • Engage directly with users by responding to posts, questions, and discussions within the community.
  • Communicate product updates, feature enhancements, campaigns, and initiatives to users in a clear, timely, and engaging manner.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to position releases and initiatives into community-facing updates.
  • Gather user feedback, sentiment, and insights from community conversations and surface learnings to internal stakeholders.
  • Help shape and maintain Webull’s brand voice and tone across social and in-app community channels.
  • Support community-driven education by sharing resources, FAQs, and learning content relevant to users.
  • Monitor user engagement trends and help optimize content and conversation strategies over time
