About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and scale for a global AI-powered learning platform by leading the user acquisition strategy across web and mobile channels. You will own the end-to-end media buying process, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and manage significant marketing budgets. In addition to hands-on execution, you will lead and develop a team, implement automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement and conversion. The position allows for strategic influence and operational leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in B2C subscription products, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to scale paid acquisition channels effectively. This is a role with high visibility and the potential to grow into senior digital leadership positions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in user acquisition for subscription-based B2C products.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-budget campaigns exceeding $1 million per month.
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology, engagement, and conversion drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the user acquisition function for both web and mobile platforms, driving growth initiatives and team performance.
  • Establish, execute, and optimize media-buying strategies across primary channels, including Meta and Google Ads.
  • Manage large-scale marketing budgets ($1M+), ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI.
  • Develop and upskill the web and social acquisition team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Implement automation solutions using in-house and third-party tools to streamline workflow and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to inform strategy and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product, growth, and business objectives.
