About The Position
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training Lead is responsible for developing and managing UAT plans, ensuring they align with project timelines and stakeholder expectations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria, facilitating UAT sessions, analyzing results, and preparing reports. Additionally, the lead will assess training needs, design training programs, create materials, and conduct training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to effectively use the product.
