About The Position

The Used Vehicle Sales Analyst at Honda is responsible for managing the sales of the AHM used vehicle fleet to qualifying associates. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service during the vehicle sale and purchase process, ensuring all sale documents are properly handled and completed.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5 years in order processing environment
• 3 - 5 years in customer service environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of CICS, Honda/ Acura products, Honda / Acura accessories, dealer / service operations

Responsibilities

• Processing of used car sales transactions for qualifying associates (60 per month)
• Handling of incoming calls and correspondence from associates and dealers
• Validation of Associate purchase eligibility
• Validation of vehicle saleable status
• Processing and logging of sale transaction in mainframe and MS Office
• Ensure completion of sale documents
• Handling of internal / external Used Car Promotional Sales
• Reporting of sale activities to Management
• AHM vehicle fleet reconciliation
