Requirements
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications)
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn
- Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to adapt to new technology and repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
