About The Position
Lifted Trucks is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our Huntsville team as we expand our business. With over 20 years of experience in selling trucks and a presence across nine locations in three states, we are looking for individuals who can complement our team and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in auto sales, particularly with trucks, and possess the ability to conduct first-class walkarounds on various truck brands. We pride ourselves on our reputation for excellent customer service and are committed to maintaining a positive work environment that promotes work-life balance. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for utilizing our CRM system to manage customer interactions, create appointments, and guide clients through the sales process. Your primary goal will be to sell trucks and maximize every deal, all while enjoying the process and striving for financial success. We offer a competitive compensation package with an aggressive commission structure and no cap on earnings, allowing you to truly benefit from your hard work. Additionally, we provide full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions after 60 days of employment. We are particularly interested in candidates who are bilingual, although this is not a strict requirement. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Sundays off.
