About The Position

Leif Johnson Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department at our Manor location. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive volume, profitability, and team development at one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Central Texas.

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive sales management (used car experience required)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on management style
• Ability to balance volume, gross, and customer retention
• Proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems
• High integrity, professionalism, and drive to succeed

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve performance goals
• Manage inventory, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising of all pre-owned vehicles
• Drive process improvement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with finance and service to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to build a strong, customer-focused team
