BMW of Anchorage is seeking a Used Car / Recon Technician to join our team. Requirements
- Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues on pre-owned vehicles
- Complete maintenance services including brakes, suspension, steering, engine repairs, and drivability concerns
- Ensure vehicles are road-ready, safe, and meet quality expectations prior to sale
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, and reconditioning work
- Work efficiently to meet recon timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with service advisors, sales, and management to ensure smooth vehicle flow
