Requirements

• 3+ years in a used car management or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team to exceed sales goals and customer service standards.
• Strong understanding of market trends, vehicle valuation, and competitive pricing strategies.
• Commitment to delivering a premium experience for every customer.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, inventory management systems, and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage used vehicle inventory to meet dealership sales goals.
• Set competitive pricing to optimize profitability while maintaining market alignment.
• Train, motivate, and support the used car sales team to reach individual and team targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for used vehicle promotions.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet dealership objectives.
