Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
- ASE certifications a plus
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude
- Experience performing used vehicle reconditioning, including: Brakes, suspension, steering components Engine repairs and maintenance Transmission service Cooling systems Electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately
- Solid understanding of used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations
- Comfortable working on multiple makes and models (domestic and import)
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
