Requirements
- Prior experience as an automotive technician, particularly in reconditioning or used vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic skills and expertise in vehicle systems and repairs.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass a criminal background check, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of pre-owned vehicles for mechanical and cosmetic issues.
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicles are in prime condition.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline the reconditioning process and meet inventory goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services.
- Follow safety protocols and uphold company policies.
