Requirements

  • Prior experience as an automotive technician, particularly in reconditioning or used vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and expertise in vehicle systems and repairs.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass a criminal background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of pre-owned vehicles for mechanical and cosmetic issues.
  • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicles are in prime condition.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline the reconditioning process and meet inventory goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services.
  • Follow safety protocols and uphold company policies.
