About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Medical Emergency Management Specialist to support a high-visibility federal program focused on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) medical readiness and response. This role provides programmatic, advisory, and operational support to senior leadership and installation-level teams across a dynamic mission environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in emergency management, healthcare preparedness, or related field
• Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ICS/NIMS or similar)
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a medical emergency management program
• Provide guidance on emergency response planning, policies, and procedures
• Review and assess contingency and response plans for completeness and compliance
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple organizations and locations
• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating training exercises and readiness activities
• Contribute to program reporting, data tracking, and continuous improvement efforts
• Provide subject matter support for working groups, meetings, and strategic initiatives
• Support budget planning and program resource alignment (as needed)
