We are seeking an Usability/Human Factors Engineer to provide customer support. The UX team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable. The team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools. The team uses tools such as, PenPot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office.
