About The Position

As a Walmart associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including communicating with individuals or groups, maintaining trailers, utilizing warehouse management systems, ensuring quality by maintaining records, and operating tractor/trailer units safely. You will also be expected to respect individuals, act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for excellence in your work. The position requires adherence to safety requirements and a commitment to fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 6 months experience operating tractor/trailer units.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
• Maintain trailers by inspecting mechanical safety and emergency equipment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to move trailers to designated locations.
• Ensure quality by maintaining records, logs, and forms required by the Department of Transportation.
• Operate tractor/trailer unit safely by adhering to all safety requirements.
• Respect individuals and embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences.
• Build strong and trusting relationships and communicate with impact.
• Help develop and mentor others, recognizing their contributions.
• Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
