About The Position

We are seeking a Tech Lead/Delivery Lead with a strong background in API integration and software development. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and JSON/XML. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or similar backend technologies is essential. The candidate should also have experience with API gateways such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or Kong, and a solid understanding of systems integration patterns including point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, and ESB. Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and secure API design is required, along with experience in Banker/Teller applications or similar financial systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must for this role.

Requirements
