We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the design and technical vision of a new, enterprise-grade facility maintenance platform tailored for customer teams and external clients. This role requires a leader with deep hands-on expertise across the full stack who can balance long-term strategy with immediate delivery needs, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and high-performing.

  • Define the high-level architecture and technical roadmap for the platform and create a prototype (pseudo product) for validation.
  • Enforce Customer's technical, security, and UX living design standards.
  • Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture, data flow, integration patterns, and security model.
  • Build a pseudo-product and prototype based on customer's UX and security standards to demonstrate technical feasibility.
  • Provide hands-on architecture guidance and technical leadership across frontend, backend, messaging, and cloud components.
  • Ensure all components are modular, secure, scalable, and cloud-ready, with a focus on high performance and reliability.
  • Design and implement a robust observability strategy, including application monitoring, logging, and tracing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA for seamless and secure delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to enforce coding standards, improve code quality, and manage technical debt.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural patterns to drive innovation and support long-term business goals.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical architecture and design.
  • Strong architecture experience across the following stack: Frontend: ReactJS, React Native; Backend: Java Spring Boot; Messaging/Eventing: Kafka; Database: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent).
  • Expertise with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and a major cloud provider (GCP/Azure).
  • Extensive experience with designing and implementing scalable, microservices-based, and event-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with secure coding practices, API security (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and security audits.
  • Strong documentation, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with performance optimization and tuning across the full stack.
