About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Architect Consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation and transformations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including security, authorization, and continuous monitoring. This role requires expertise in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations. The candidate should have a proven track record in designing and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, as well as experience in deployments, integration with third-party tools, orchestration, and project management. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and CMDB. Additionally, the candidate will mentor team members, design technical solutions based on customer requirements, and ensure that project requirements are detailed enough for accurate estimation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in ITIL process definition and architecture-level configurations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom application design and development.
• Proven experience in leading ServiceNow deployments and integrations with third-party tools.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD, WSD, S2P design and implementation for large customers.
• Certification in ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and S2P.
• ITIL V3 foundation certification.
• Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM SAM Pro features.

Nice To Haves

• Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Client handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and CMDB.
• Design technical solutions and provide best practices guidance based on customer requirements.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Review requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimation.
• Evaluate ITIL processes and their correlations with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration for client engagements.
• Review the work of the development team and enforce coding standards.
• Create and execute development plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
