  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Trillium software upgrades and patches.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure compatibility and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of upgrade procedures and configurations.
  • Support integration of Trillium with other enterprise systems (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, MDM platforms).
  • Configure Trillium components (Director, Discovery, Quality, Control Center) based on business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance policies.
  • Follow ITIL or similar service management practices for incident, change, and problem management.
  • 10 years of experience in Trillium support and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Trillium software as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
