• Support the Academy training environment and maintain store standards for associate engagement.
• Execute multiple business plans by identifying operational needs and measuring performance.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training and performance evaluations.
• Promote company policies and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
