About The Position

The position involves directing and guiding management and hourly associates on customer service techniques, ensuring customer needs and complaints are resolved within company guidelines. Requirements

  • 1 year's general management experience including financial accountability.
  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees.
  • Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments.
