About The Position

The position involves directing and guiding management and hourly associates on customer service techniques, ensuring customer needs are met, and resolving complaints within company guidelines. The role also includes driving financial performance by managing budgets, sales, and expenses, and creating plans for improvement. Requirements

  • 1 year’s general management experience including financial accountability.
  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s experience supervising 10 associates; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s experience supervising 10 associates.
  • For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
  • General work experience supervising 20 or more direct reports.
