About the position

The position involves directing and guiding management and hourly associates on customer service techniques, ensuring customer needs and complaints are resolved within company guidelines. Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide management and hourly associates on customer service techniques.
  • Drive and ensure financial performance by managing budgeted sales, wages, and expenses.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and maintain relationships with community members.
  • Oversee facility operations and ensure quality service levels.
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Drive execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs and removing obstacles.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, and values.

Requirements

  • 1 year of general management experience including financial accountability.
  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of experience supervising 10 associates/employees; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of experience supervising 10 associates/employees.
  • Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
  • General work experience supervising 20 or more direct reports.
