  • Define and manage program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-availability solutions.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain effective launch and post-launch operational excellence frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to align teams, resolve conflicts, and secure commitments across cross-functional groups.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, including system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical information clearly and produce structured reports and program documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in incident management, risk mitigation, and process improvement to ensure operational excellence.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous program optimization.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
