About The Position

The eDiscovery & Forensic Lab's Development and Engineering team, which is part of Walmart Global Tech's Information Security Division, is dedicated to maintaining a secure operating environment and preserving the trust of our customers, associates, and stakeholders. Our focus is on providing support to the eDiscovery and Forensics Lab—an ANAB accredited lab—whose mission is to assist our business partners in the identification, collection, and preservation of electronically stored information related to litigation and investigative matters. The eDiscovery & Forensic Lab's Development and Engineering team develops and supports the products that help secure the largest retailer on Earth. We utilize cutting-edge technology to create products that address the complex and ever-evolving challenges faced by the Lab team and its customers within Walmart. In this role, you will report to the Director of the Lab's Development & Engineering Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Lab in developing custom solutions to aid in evidence collection while maintaining the Lab's ANAB accreditation. This includes providing structured data deliverables and application administration support, which involves heavy interactions and use of MS SQL, MS SQL Server Management Studios, Big Query, and MS SQL Stored Procedures. You will engage in hands-on automated application management, including maintenance and enhancements, and provide customer support to respond to the needs of the internal Lab team or our customer base within Walmart. You will work within a team environment that is responsible for taking on daily, rapidly changing projects and case work in a DevOps environment. Additionally, you will lead and mentor your team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
