About The Position
The position involves completing work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners. The role requires identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, and determining ways to address improvement opportunities. The individual must adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback, while complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. This includes implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
