About Supply Chain Management, Transportation: Our team is central to Walmart's operations, ensuring seamless movement of products from suppliers to stores and ultimately to our customers. In this role, you'll contribute to strategies that keep our supply chain agile, cost-efficient, and focused on the customer experience. What you'll do... Take the lead in shaping the future of retail logistics as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management- End to End. This is your chance to drive innovation, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and make a tangible impact on Walmart's ability to serve millions of customers every day. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, resolving escalations and implementing process improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Fleet's Internalized Parcel (IP) initiatives including overseeing strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination for IP. Leverage data-driven insights through dashboard, KPIs, and performance analytics that will improve Fleet's performance. Standardize metrics and processes across the network to reduce variability and improve scalability. Guide and develop associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chain or logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration with external partners.
  • A track record of driving process improvements and achieving cost efficiencies.
  • Leadership experience in developing and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through people.
