  • Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
  • Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, influence stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
  • 6 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
  • Proven expertise in category strategy, and supplier relationship management to drive cost efficiencies and mitigate risks.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to conduct advanced analyses and build business cases supporting procurement decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders through effective communication and data-driven insights.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous improvement processes.
  • Certified Purchasing Manager or related purchasing manager certification.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Master's degree in business or related field.
