About The Position
The position involves driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly. The role also includes providing supervision and development opportunities for associates, promoting and supporting company policies, ensuring business needs are met, managing multiple projects, and overseeing content management initiatives. Additionally, the position requires managing processes and procedures, behavior change and process improvement programs, and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity within the team.
