The Walmart Energy Transformation strategy aims to decarbonize our operations while capturing emerging new value streams that help catalyze societal decarbonization. Walmart has recently committed to bringing 10 GW of clean energy online by 2030, in addition to our stated goals of 50% clean powered by 2025, 100% clean powered by 2035, and zero emissions in our operations by 2040. Part of these goals also includes 1 GW of new clean energy on-site. We are a team of seasoned energy veterans dedicated to realizing Walmart's regenerative commitments and leveraging Walmart's platform to support the decarbonization of our customers, associates, communities, and suppliers. Because energy touches everything, we work across Walmart, particularly real estate, facilities, supply chain, network design, transportation, and customer experience. We are innovators and change agents determined to make an impact. We are analytical and entrepreneurial; thoughtful and practical. This position is a part of the Onsite Energy team, and the Energy team reports directly to the COO of Walmart US and the Chief Sustainability Officer. In this role, you will report to the Group Director, Energy Solutions. This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. No remote candidates being considered now, but a full relocation package is available.
