We are seeking a strategic and technically adept leader to drive the design and implementation of scalable data integration solutions across Walmart's supply chain ecosystem. This role will lead cross-functional efforts to enable seamless data exchange between internal systems and third-party vendors, ensuring real-time integration, data integrity, and alignment with enterprise standards. This position will report to the Director, Data & Analytics and is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants for this opportunity.

  • Lead the design and deliver scalable integrations between supply chain systems and third-party vendors, ensuring data integrity and alignment with Walmart standards
  • Define technical architecture, API contracts, and implementation of roadmaps for scalable integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate requirements into effective solutions
  • Advise third-party data providers on Walmart's platform standards, coordinating with internal product, technology, infosec, and compliance teams
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide onboarding, training, and support to partners
  • Champion best practices in solution architecture and lead initiatives that align with business goals
  • Drive innovation through GenAI/ML use cases and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with stakeholders
  • Strong technical foundation in Machine Learning, AI, and system architecture
  • Proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to launch and optimization
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations, third-party integrations, and large-scale data platform development
  • Experience in Agile development, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership using tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Expertise at translating business goals into clear user stories, defining MVPs, and aligning stakeholders around strategic product roadmaps
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and drive decisions based on metrics and user feedback
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Passion for tracking industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in supply chain, retail, and data product ecosystems
  • Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics experience
  • ETL tools and working with large data sets in the cloud
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related field
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
