About The Position

The position is focused on product planning support, operational rhythm and cadence, data and insights infrastructure, launch and release management, and product operations. The role involves driving roadmap alignment across product, engineering, design, and business, facilitating OKR creation, and maintaining product portfolio documentation. The individual will manage product team meetings, standardize templates for status updates, and track delivery milestones. Additionally, the role includes building and maintaining product health dashboards, coordinating user research, and ensuring data cleanliness across teams. The position also requires creating go-to-market operational checklists and coordinating with various departments for readiness and compliance. The individual will support product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts, own tools and cadences, and track roadmap delivery and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive roadmap alignment across product, engineering, design, and business.
