About The Position
This is a full-time role based in Bentonville, Arkansas, in-office 5 days per week. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics. This data leadership position will report into the Sr. Director of Item Experience. We are looking for a data leader who has experience in early-stage startups (a must). You will be an expert on our data and data platforms, partnering with Product and Analytics teams to uncover new opportunities as an authority on product analytics that will help generate key insights to scale our product suite. As leader within Item Experience team, you will work cross functionally on a day-to-day basis, manage a diverse set of data outputs, and possess strong problem solving and communication skills.
