About The Position

This role for an experienced hands-on software engineer to provide engineering SME and direction to our business partners in the Asset Management. We are looking for candidates with a fresh perspective who are passionate about solving complex business, data and technical challenges. You will work with smart, talented people across our business to create innovative, next-generation cloud-based applications and analytics models. You will be involved, hands-on, through the entire development cycle. And you will redefine the way our traders, portfolio managers, and analysts support our clients. Requirements

• Engineering (B.E. B. Tech.) graduate or Masters (Stats, Quant, Mathematics, etc.) from a well-recognized institute
• 8 years of experience as full stack developer/solutions architect
• Relevant experience in delivering technology solutions working in financial services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems, databases and applications infrastructure.
• Has a proven track record of bringing a fresh perspective to build engineering driven, value focused approach to problem solving.
• Passionate about technology while using their problem-solving capabilities to deliver solutions utilizing a top end engineering approach.
• Exceptional technology skills recognized by industry peers as an expert in your domain.
• Believes in strong modern software engineering techniques agile development, continuous integration, code review or pairing, unit testing, refactoring and related approaches.
• Leads with commercial mindset to solve complex problems researches and brings in new and machine learning GenAI concepts takes a new perspective while using existing solutions.
• Participates in discovery sessions to identify opportunities to leverage analytics to automate and enhance business processes.
• Strong analytical ability, true problem solver.

• Accountable for all parts of the software development lifecycle for their projects.
