About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights will serve as the analytics subject matter expert on a team focused on ecommerce fraud prevention. This role will organize data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring the integrity of our members' accounts and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, queries, and pivot tables.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with chargeback processing or related transaction dispute resolution.
• Analytics - Big Data, Data Analysis and Insights, Statistical Programming Language.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research risks or compliance concerns, evaluate trends, and review results for accuracy.
• Provide data-based insights in a uniform manner, monitoring, and reporting on business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights and maximize the achievement of business goals.
• Support key business processes, serve as an information resource, provide guidance and recommendations based on defined policies and practices.
• Support relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve issues by answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation.
• Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance across different business areas.
• Support and develop training, create, verify, and distribute necessary documentation.
• Manage and verify the functionality of key processes and controls, and load appropriate information.
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures, support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
