About The Position

The Professional Culinary and F&B Internship at Old Edwards Inn & Spa is a 12-month paid training program designed for individuals pursuing a career in hospitality. Participants will rotate through various positions within the Rooms Division or Food & Beverage department, gaining valuable experience in a luxury resort setting. The program includes accommodation and cultural excursions, providing a comprehensive learning experience in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a full-time university studying Tourism, Hospitality, or Events.
• Recent graduates of Tourism, Hospitality, or Events are eligible.
• Five years of full-time work experience in the tourism/hospitality field (outside of the USA) is acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
• Must be available for a 12-month program.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various positions within the Rooms Division or Food & Beverage department.
• Participate in training activities to enhance hospitality skills.
• Engage in cultural excursions and activities organized by the property.
