About The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Membership at Sam's Club by providing comprehensive information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, and processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. You will actively participate in sales and marketing events, striving to meet Membership goals. Your commitment to maintaining the safety of the Facility is paramount; you will adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, which include conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials according to Company steel standard guidelines. Reporting any unsafe situations to Management is also a critical part of your responsibilities. You will fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices. Securing items until Members arrive and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs will be essential tasks. Completing work assignments and priorities will require you to utilize policies, data, and resources effectively. Collaboration with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners will be necessary to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, while also communicating progress and information. Providing exceptional Member service is a key aspect of this position. You will acknowledge Members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the Company's products and services. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is expected, which includes implementing related action plans and utilizing the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
