• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow safety standards and procedures.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments and priorities.
• Provide excellent Member service by identifying needs and resolving issues.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics.
