About The Position

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership engagement by providing information on Membership benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet Membership goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing and pulling items, ensuring accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to change and feedback.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
