About The Position

The Membership Support role at Sam's Club focuses on developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, and processing Memberships and upgrades. Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
  • Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
  • Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct safety sweeps and follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
  • Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items.
  • Ensure the accuracy of orders and invoices and secure items until Members arrive.
  • Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
  • Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and co-workers; and communicating progress.
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
