About The Position

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership engagement by providing information on Membership benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet Membership goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support Membership engagement.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a retail environment.
• Experience in order fulfillment and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders and invoices, and secure items until Members arrive.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments and priorities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
