About The Position

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership value by providing information on benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to change and feedback.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues and concerns.
