About The Position
As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Membership experience by providing comprehensive information about Membership benefits and promoting the value of the company's products and services. Your responsibilities will include processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, as well as actively participating in sales and marketing events to help meet Membership goals. You will be expected to maintain the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, which includes conducting safety sweeps and following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials. In your role, you will fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing and pulling items from shelves, scanning and wrapping items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices. You will also be responsible for securing items until Members arrive and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completing work assignments will require you to utilize company policies, data, and resources effectively, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities and deadlines. You will need to communicate progress and information clearly, recommend improvements, and adapt to changes and feedback. Providing exceptional Member service is a key aspect of this position. You will acknowledge Members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote the company's products and services. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is essential, and you will implement related action plans while utilizing the Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
