About The Position

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership value by providing information on benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet Membership goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting Company products and services.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items accurately.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to changes and feedback.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
