About The Position

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products, and processing Memberships. Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to change and feedback.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
