About The Position

The position involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and handling hazardous materials properly. Additionally, the position requires fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and providing excellent Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Promotes the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conducts safety sweeps and follows proper forklift spotting procedures.
• Handles and disposes of hazardous materials according to Company guidelines.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing and pulling items from shelves.
• Ensures the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs.
• Resolves issues and concerns while promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
